Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Q. When will my goods be delivered?
 
A. All orders received in our warehouse by 2.00pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
 
Q. Can I collect my order?
 
A. Orders can be collected Monday to Friday
 
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
 
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Registered credit account holders will be invoiced. Payment may be made by cheque credit/debit card or Bacs.  
 
Q. What do I do if my goods are faulty or damaged?
